AX-Cursors 4.5 handles Static (.CUR) and Animated (.ANI) cursors. No add-on, all is included in AX-Cursors 4.5! AX-Cursors 4.5 allows you to create all kind of cursors (sizes from 16x16 to 72x72, custom sizes, black & white to 16,8 Million colors).
